[ It's important for his career he was told. And he was fairly popular on Social Media - he had those extremely loyal fans and followers, but there was something missing. His sponsors wanted him to have that something. But there were others who were better at that part of things than he was. He's not hugely into asking for help, but he will if he needs to. He stares at his phone for a long time. Then - he sends a message on Twitter. ]
[Phichit has his phone stashed in his pocket, as he's out with friends taking advantage of the short time they're all still together in Barcelona before everyone goes back to their separate homes on separate continents. Even though he's out and about, he has his data on and feels the vibrations every time he gets a notification. He knows he can safely ignore most the action -likes and shares on his posts- but the first time there's a lull in conversation he can't help but reach to check his phone anyways. And he's definitely surprised to see a DM from a fellow skater.]
[ He doesn't meant to come across this way, but he's certainly a little indignant that he's having to reach out and ask for help. He takes a little bit to reply because he's trying to find a good way to ask for help. ]
One of my new sponsors is big on Klout.
[ And it hurts him to admit he's not a total pro and the best at it. ]
And...uh. I need some advice on steps I can take to fix whatever's missing.
It doesn't have to be always, but if you ever see a message with a question you can answer, or if someone draws you art and you retweet it, that kind of stuff goes a long way!
More than just raising your klout, it makes your fans feel like you respect them back!

[Phichit replies immediately, then follows one message with another.]
It's dumb that your sponsors care so much because it's just a number, but I bet I can come up with some ways.
Do you reply to your fans often when they @ you?

Sometimes. But...not always. Or that often.
[ Barely ever. It's a lot, okay! ]
